2007 H3 idles rough intermittently

Hi i have same issue:
55 000 miles
H3 3.7
2007
Vin 88 128 101
P0305 at idle only
Fillup at unknown gas station.

Question is my vin concerned by dreaded head issue ? ?
Vin is way above 68, its 88...

if the alt doesnt overcharge or undercharge i would want to know how it could cause any trouble OR rough idle.???
if its normal volts id keep it.
ask just what is different??
