Default 2006 H2 brakes sticking??

I have a 2006 H2 and this morning it seemed like the brakes were sticking. Turned around and headed home with the truck, once there checked the wheels and all four were very hot and could smell brakes. I've only had it little over two weeks and last week it seemed to do the same thing, but it was a short trip and thought it was just the front driver wheel that was hanging up. Last week was not as bad and didn't check it out as well as today. Was thinking the caliper was hanging up on the front but after today it could have been all 4 then just not as bad that I didn't check into it. Was curious if anyone has had such a thing happen to them and possible causes that it don't seem consistent as the truck has been used in between the first time and today with no notable problems to the brakes.

How are the brake lines?

Are the caliper and more importantly the caliper slides clean and working properly? I would break down the suspected caliper and make sure it moves freely then maybe look towards the fluid.

There is a pressure valve in the hydra boost system that could be malfunctioning but unfortunately it is not serviceable.

I would start with a thorough inspection of the brake system and then do a flush and bleed.

Thanks for the replays. On a visual inspection the lines look good. Looks like new pads were put on all four wheels just recently. I just purchased two and a half weeks ago. I was going to check the one caliper, but it is all four that are "sticking" so I do not suspect the calipers for all to stick at once. Today I started it and first thing was to push the pedal to check the feel of it and the brakes, first push good second pushed a little harder still good then it went almost to the floor. Moved it some and still have brakes but not like it should and the anti locks come on while pushing hard. Parked it and used the truck to the the wife somewhere. When I got back a quick look lines still look good and fluid is full in master. When I start it and apply the brakes I can hear what sounds like a vacuum leak while the pedal is applied. When the wife gets back I'll have her push the pedal while I check if I can find where the noise is coming from!

The pressure valve in the hydra boost. Is there a way to check it? I suspect something there or the master to hold all four brakes on!

Was looking over everything again found the power steering fluid was low, was not reading on the dipstick, topped it off. Don't know if that would be enough to make a difference but think I should mention it.

Low fluid might cause it but doubtful.

Pedal to the floor is not normal and could be as simple as bleeding the brakes, also check to make sure brake fluid is clean and not contaminated.

As for testing, I found this online:

Thanks for the link. I think the hydra boost is bad. The brakes applying themselves, the pedal to the floor, both are signs of a bad one. It does not pass the test, when started the pedal does not come up from the floor and build pressure. I have brakes but they are not right. Thanks again for the link.
