Unhappy 09 H3T Alpha Parts

So had a bit of a catastrophe with my 09 Alpha adventure H3T. While parking in my driveway, something literally went sideways and now the truck is screwed.
Basically there was a failure in the front diff that caused the t-case to crack.

I'm in BC Canada and found a t-case through rock auto US, which will be quite expensive once I get it over the border, plus won't be getting the $2k core fee back.
The diff bearings/seals can be done but front locker is cracked and spider gears have a ton of play and having a hard time finding parts.

This is over my mechanical abilities and mechanic said with parts etc it'll be in the $10,000CAD range to get it rolling again and that will be with no front locker and no warranty on the parts.

The truck is still in good shape with 180,000km on it, so trying to decide if I should drop the money, or cut my losses and see what I can get selling it as a whole parts truck.

Just posting this hoping to get some feedback on options, or maybe see if there is parts truck interest out there.

"something literally went sideways and now the truck is screwed"?

"found a t-case through rock auto"?

"see if there is parts truck interest out there" HOW MUCH, AS-IS, CAD?

Eaton E locker can be purchased on AMAZON.
NR6 4494 Tcase can be purchased used or brand new from different sources. Not sure if they ship to Canada.
Was your Ring and Pinion or intermediate shaft also damaged? Most of the time either one of those will go way before the Eaton E Locker.

Please explain what " While parking in my driveway, something literally went sideways and now the truck is screwed. " actually means?

So maybe I just can't find the correct locker or part #, but also amazon Canada kinda sucks for selection.
I did find the t-case 4494 on rockauto after it hits canada It'll be just over $5800 after shipping/taxes/duty etc. Again $2000 of that is core fee which I was told I wouldn't get back for mine.
As far as I know the only other diff damage aside from the locker was bearings/seals and spider gears which mechanic said he couldn't source but I think I found them on rock auto.

As for the driveway comment, I was turning around in my driveway which is completely flat. I felt some resistance, thought I ran over a small pile of snow so gave it a bit of gas and heard a "clunk".
Thought that was a bit odd, and it was dark so I pulled forward 8ft to park and everything seemed normal until I got out of the truck. Then I could see oil coming from the t-case.
According to the mechanic, he thinks the problem was caused by the diff and caused the t-case blowout.

Last fall everything was fine and I remember checking diff and tcase fluids and they were all good before winter. Not sure if water got into the diff, or something was damaged and finally let go, or what caused all this. Last year I didn't even do any significant wheeling, so very odd sequence of events for sure. Never thought my flat driveway would be what takes the H3T down lol.

As for the how much as-is comment..... honestly I know this is a very rare vehicle, and still worth something. If I can't get this rolling or decide to cut my losses, I would consider $22,000CAD.
Has a custom checker plate aluminum canopy & steel boat rack on it for anyone interested in going to some serious fishing lakes

If you love your T fix it with the parts that are correct for it.
If you want to sell it as a running driving vehicle. Put an NR4 Tcase and front diff (4.10 R&P) out of any Alpha H3.
