'08 valve replacement... recall/ warranty fix?

C0268 does not happen often, I would not worry about the couple issues already fixed.

so i purchased the 08! 
unfortunately less than a week later my wife calls me telling she cant get it out of park.
my brother scanned it and its the same code it had before we purchased it (P1815). so i guess the switch is bad again. back to the dealership it goes.........
hopefully it was just bad luck of them putting in a bad switch from the shelf. I'll post any new info as a result just to track this in case anyone else has the issue.
