Sounds like it may not be getting fuel...turn the ignition to the on position and listen for the fuel pump..I'd start there...was the trucking acting up prior to this happening?

Default 2006 H3 Wont Start

Im having the same issues as a lot of people Im finding out. I bought my hummer from a dealer a year ago. Nothing has ever been wrong except 3 times of it not starting. After 10 or so minutes it would start up, but this 3rd time..it hasnt. The only recurring issue it has had which has been no trouble is coming to stops or slow acceleration it wants to vibrate engine then idle low like its about to quit and everything gets a little faint and then it idles back up and everything is fine. Always the worst when backing up. So i went to sale it and of course this would be when it happens. It wouldnt start (crank but no start) for over an hour. When it finally did start up it ran for about 30 minutes (kinda sluggish) and then I went to back up and it died and started right back so I drove home QUICK. 5 days later, still no start. What have I tried..??? I have had the starter tested, the battery and alternator. Sprayed starter fluid in it and it hesitated a few times like it wanted to go ahead and start but wouldnt. The fuel pump whines and engages like it should BUT I had a "mobile mechanic" come and put a fuel test on it and it tested at 30psi which is low to its 54-60 psi needed but he said I couldnt go off that because it wasnt the correct fit so he wasnt sure. I dont trust anything he said. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
