03 Hummer parasitic drain.. Priority Start?
Hey guys, been having issues with my battery. Keeps going dead after a short amount of time. Did a bunch of research and this weekend I'm going to jump into it with my multimeter and try to find the drain. However, my question to you all -
Has anyone tried the Priority Start device? (amazon it for details)
Seems like the lazy man's way to fix the drain.. I'd use it as last resort if I had too, but just curious if anyone has ever installed/used one and how it went. (I have one coming in the mail to put on the shelf just incase haha).
Thanks!

I had a similar issue with my '03 It turned out to be the electrical portion of the ignition switch. If you see the red battery light on your dash even when the key is out then that is your problem. The Prioroty start device looks like a good idea.
I had the same issue with my 03 and would get the red light if i didnt make sure the key was turned back all the way. I have the part but haven't installed it yet. This is most likely your problem. The part cost me 57$ (Can).
