Clutch failed
I can change gears with correct rev alignment but grind gear on take off I got a new clutch kit and slave kit assuming it the pressure plate that’s failed but who knows, I am almost ready to pull out my gear box now but stuck on how to get it down with transfer case attached, am I meant to remove transfer case before gear box goes down?
it’s on a hummer h3 09 adventure manual

is it normal for the pilot bearing to sit in the flywheel about 20mm?
shouldn't it sit flush with the fly wheel?
also
I noticed a little play with my input shaft on my gear box is that ok/normal or does my gear box need work?
