Default Water issues

So...I have been dealing with water issues now for close to 2 years in my H3T, and I am getting to the point of no return with it.

Has anyone had any water issues that they can give me a heads up about or something historically with them?

The drains for the A/C and Sunroof are clear....the windshield is sealed correctly. I get pooled water in the passenger seat foot well with heavy rains.

It was just in the shop for a week while they aired out and dried the carpet....and water tested it!!! Guess what, more frickin water today after the rain we got.

Any help is welcomed. I love my truck, but I can't keep putting up with this.

Roof rail tracks where they bolt to the rooftop. They can crack at the roof contact point and leak.

Double check the sunroof drains again.

Follow the sunroof drain tubes all the way from the sunroof pan down the A pillar through the dash to the output. Something is disconnected.
If not, then as Doc said.

"The drains for the sunroof are clear", Did you try pouring water into the sunroof channel and watch it come out underneath?

I haven't actually noticed anything being wet in my interior after it rains, but it certain has a smell like water is getting in... Is this where I should check first?

My truck does not have a sunroof.

I am replacing my third brake light. I would get water under the carpet after washing the truck. Didn't leak when it rains. I have a video of slamming the door and water spraying out between the light and the sheet metal.

My 3rd brake light is mounted on the interior of the cargo door window.
