2010 H3 t 3.7.109k .Battery died installed fresh replacement.Turn key sometimes fuel pump will run,other tims turn key no pump humm.Noticed gear indicator on dash shows park as normal,but as soon as i turn key jumps to 3 on dash ..turn back to park goes to P.So changed the ignition switch and the same issue persists,Cranks,intermittant fuel pump,no start,turn key indicator jumps to 3.Did the passkey relearn several times to no avail.Is this a possible PCM issue? Truck never had any issue whatsoever starting and ran great before battery died.Never had a passlock issue as well.i scanned it got PO230 failure of primary fuel pump circut. Like i said pump comes on intermitantly..

 

Sound like the notorious cheap GM battery terminals worn and unable to properly tighten on the battery post, causes some of the issues you are describing. i would start there by replacing them if they have not been. yet.

Cut them off and replace them immediately. Well known issue, and the first thing that EVERY H3 owner should do. These trucks are notoriously finicky about even slight variations in voltage.
