Default Window Washer Tank leak

Here's a good one that so far I'm at a loss for the why of it all.
So tank is dripping on the garage floor about once every 3 seconds or more when first driven in and really can't tell where it's originating from.
Since the WW tank is mated to the radiator overflow tank, both had to be emptied before removal.
Once removed, I filled the WW tank with water.
Set it on the floor as well as over a bucket for having it more level.
No leaks!
Reinstalled and filled with water.
Still leaking.
Surmised that one of the hoses going to the wipers takes a downturn below the tank somewhere and has a pinhole in it, so disconnected them and NO, not the problem.
Any ideas before giving it another go?

There are two pump motors and the front one surprisingly has some wetness around it now, but not in the right place for this dripping and for nowhere being that much.
Still can't figure out why no leak when out of the vehicle, but if I have to remove this thing again, I will make some attempt for sealing everything whether it looks like it needs it or not.
Also for not being in such a hurry for putting it back in.

Suggestion clean the bottom 2/3 of the container super good and spray that section with some of that flex a seal type stuff. I'd replace the window washer pumps also (lol new seals).

I'll keep all this in mind when I get around to pulling it out of there again.
