window switch issue
Power windows are on page 88. That and more can be found here: https://schwarttzy.com/h3-hummer/
That said, I had a similar problem. Not sure where you acquired your parts, but I went through three different switch assemblies before I found one that worked for me. I can only believe that the ones that didn't work were not for a hummer.

The windows didnt even work with the original swich assemblies, only from the driver side. Replaced with Delco units VIN specific and still nothing
You say unit(s) , plual. Did you replace the driver's switch assembly or the other three passenger ones? The only thing common to the three passenger switches not working is the driver's master assembly. Even the main motor power is supplied separately left side and right side. All the other switches get their relay power from the master. Even if the lockout switch is not locked out, there may still be a problem there. That's where I would start, unless I read your message wrong and you have replaced the driver's switch. Then I would still probably check to ensure that relay power is making it to the rest of the switches (blue wire on the schematic).
UPDATE:
Found that the dark blue traveler wire was cut somehow in the rubber grommet (body to door) made a proper repair, and now all door switches work. Thank you brothapig for the link to the wiring diagram!!!!
