Hey Guys .... New too the Hummer H3's ... I'm in the Market to buy a H3 .. But I'm torn between what year to buy .. I have read so many things about the 06's and the lack of power etc .. But in the mean time have notice a lot of good deals of 06's and was wondering was there a big difference between the 06 and 07-08 models to keep passing up these deals I see on 06's other then the 20 HP difference in the motor .. Looking forward to your answers .. If there is another thread on this topic let me know I couldn't find it ... Thanks Cheers

 

Nothing wrong with a good deal on an 06, but make sure it has complete maintenance records.

Newer the better. That 20 HP/TQ is significant, but neither are going to set land speed records. The later 2007+ have the redesigned driver door window controls (much better that the first design) and 16MM tie rods instead of 14MM.
