H3 Metal Grinding Noise

H3 Metal Grinding Noise
Does anyone know what this grinding noise is coming from the bottom of the H3?
It happens periodically while driving also the "Service 4 Wheel Drive" alert come on too.
Best way I can describe it is a grinding, winding noise it happens randomly.

Welcome to HF.
When asking a question Year, Model (Base/Adventure/Lux/Alpha.....) and Miles are important. Since we cannot hear your noise and you can, I would suggest you get under the truck and LOOK around. Check heat shields and brakes.
When was the last time Transmission,Transfer Case and Differential Fluids were changed?
