Weird sound not sure if that’s the steering wheel bump?

did you follow the factory procedure for bleeding the air from the system?
The sound you describe sounds exactly like air is still in the PS system.
  1. Check the owner's manual for the correct power steering fluid.
  2. Raise the front wheels off the ground and support the vehicle.
  3. Fill the reservoir to the cold line with the correct power steering fluid.
  4. With the engine off, turn the steering wheel lock to lock several times (5 or 6 times).
  5. Check the reservoir and add fluid as needed.
  6. Start the engine and turn the steering wheel lock to lock several times (5 or 6 times).
  7. Check the reservoir again and add fluid if needed.
  8. Lower the front wheels to the ground.
  9. Check the fluid level, power assist, and operation for leaks and bubbles.

I am gonna try to do what you guys recommended for the bleeding process once that rain storm passes. Also what’s weird today I started the car and I drove it and there was no sound then all the sudden like 5 mins later the whine sound started…. It’s so weird

Air in they PS system causes cavitation: Power steering cavitation typically manifests as a whining, groaning, or squealing noise.

Might be worth checking the reservoir cap seal.

You can drive with the cap off and it will not spray/spill fluid. The noise is not in the reservoir, it is in the pump to rack cylinder.

It has air in it from when you replaced it. That is the air that you need to bleed out.
