Default Vibration in gear shift

2008 h3 hummer. Has a problem when shifting gears (its a manual). When it get to 2000rpm, when depressing the clutch and change gears the gear stick severely vibrates and makes loud rattling noise. Vibration and noise only occurs when shifting gears up or down. Have changed out the uni joints, all engine mounts are in good order, all the pulleys, air-conditioning, water pump pulleys are aye ok, nothing sticky or binding in that area. Anyone got any suggestions or experienced this problem?

Sounds like your throw out bearing might be going bad. Especially if it makes the noise when the clutch is depressed, then goes away after reengaging the clutch.

checked the clutch and not the throw out bearing and not the spigot bearing in the back of the engine which locates the transmission shaft either. Still stuck if anyone has any other ideas
