I'm having a lot of difficulty finding the upper and lower Radiator Fan Shrouds for my 2008 H3 Alpha 5.3 V8. Not available on GM sites/ not on Ebay, and Google hasn't produced anything. I found a wrecking yard in Houston Texas, called Championsautoparts.com.... They have two H3 Alpha's and jerked me around after sending the cost of the parts and two weeks of terrible customer service and finally a guy called me and said "this isn't going to happen"...no particular reason. Just mention it because I would strongly recommend not doing business with these clowns. If anyone of you out there have any suggestions where I can find the items I would be most appreciative.

I just Googled it, and could order both at different places. I am not going to call them for you, pick them up, or install them.


Maybe you should just order the efan conversion from PCMofNC and you do not need the OE Clutch Fan or shrouds?

 

I have an electric fan that someone put on the car, it's terrible....runs hot...
Could you send me the links to the places you found?

I have a SFan4500 with digital controller from James at SuperModulation on my cam swapped tuned 09 Alpha OffRoad and it runs perrrrrrrfect.

I had a PCMofNC efan on the old 07, it did exactly what it was supposed to, but it was LOUD when on.

So I got to ask, what is "hot" and how have you determined that? The dash gauge is basically an idiot light with a needle so you need to use a scanner to read actual temp. 3/4 on the dash gauge is normal all day long.

The upper was shown in stock when I posted in your other thread about the same thing a few days ago at GM Parts Direct. Not going to spend my time looking up your parts.
