Default truck whacked out then no start

This morning I got in the truck, turned the key to on saw the DIC blow up with every error possible and all the warning lights on. Never seen that happen before!
I cranked the truck and went to the store. When I turned off the engine and opened the door the radio stayed on; I tried a few things but ended up pulling the radio fuse. After putting the fuse back in and waiting a bit, all of the HVAC control lights blinked a few times.
Then I turned the ignition to on and got the passlock symbol (but actually that is normal until the engine starts, now that I think about this more). Upon start I got nothing, no reaction at all. I decided to kill 10 minutes in the store for the passlock to reset, but still the same.
I pulled+inserted the BCM and PCM fuses and that allowed to the engine to start. No errors at all. I even stopped to refuel and no issue at all.

I scanned for codes when I got home: U1064, U1305, U1000, U1026, U1017, C0750.

Any idea what could cause this most unusual momentary lapse of reason? The only recent work was new TPMS-es installed a couple of weeks ago.
