Transfer case Confusion
You can put the T Case in Hi Lock with all four tires off the ground on a lift/stands and front drive shaft removed. Start and carfeuly put Trans in Drive.
When you remove the front drive propeller shaft=>rear wheel drive.
I was assuming you would want to be able to move front tires to check for front diff and/or half shaft noise. Do one end, the the other if you want.
I would not put any of those on my truck. You get what you pay for. Just a spicer U Joint for the front is $33 itself. A Dorman CV joint for the other end is $150. I would rebuild mine instead.
