Welcome, 30 is too low. On my 06 H3 running Bridgestone Duelers. Keep them cold at 35 psi.

Works for me performance and average 17 mpg.

Welcome.. Your tires are p-metric, not constructed the same as LT tires. 35psi is safe for p-metric tires, yet during the hot summer months those pressures will go up, I recommend 32psi in the summer months, on p-metrics.
Check the pressures hot to see what you get and don't exceed 35psi.
My LT tires recommend 35psi, I run 38psi in the winter and 35psi in the summer, yet if I check them on hot days, they are 40psi, which has been fine with my tires since they are wearing evenly.
