Angry throttle body check engine code

Hi! I have a 2007 hummer H3 with only 44,189 miles. I've been having engine issues and after spending 5,000$ trying to fix it I've become a bit desperate. When turning my car on I've been it's been "cranking with no start" and will after turn off. This issue will happen then disappear for a bit and then come back up. The throttle body has been replaced twice and it's still having this issue. I am waiting on the exact code from the service tech, but I am getting very anxious and wondering if anyone else has experienced this and can possible help shed some light on what we can do to fix her, i appreciate any and all help!

Then we know it is not the Throttle Body................. unless your Tech used an el cheapo off brand as a replacement.

Anyways, we need the code(s).

I think it's been an accumulation of overall work like oil changes, throttle body replacement twice, new tires and am waiting for the documents to be sent over, but the current code it's reading is P2101

Check voltage at fuse #46, if there's a drop, check/swap relay #81 & #71.
