I am a disabled veteran and I like to tinker, I got this 06 hummer h3 and I have had nothing but problems with it. Started out being 4 screws holding in a passlock sensor causing it to not start right. Now I got that fixed and the dang sunroof and the powersteering goes out. I would also like to see a video on how to fix cables and how to locate them. Do you have to pull lights from across the front window to get to the motor I'm lost here. Ty you James.

 

Why dig up a THREEE YEAR OLD Thread to ask your question. Skip the thread resurrection next time, ask the question. The info from the old thread is just that........OLD, really isn't solving your issue(s), and leaves out exactly what your sunroof issue is. READ: Old Threads/'Necro-Bumping'

If you are going to work on the sunroof, I assume the fuses and switch have already been checked and/or tested with a multi-meter. Pull the headliner and have at it.

 

I have no idea what you are saying about this. I have done all test with meters and all I was trying to do was ask for advice and how to get to the tracking and motor. I was not trying to be rude for any reason. But I appreciate your help anyway even though it doesn't help. Merry Christmas and happy New year.
