Sunroof Drains Clog! Please Help!

It sounds to me like the upper end of the drain tube has come undone from the actual drain grommet.
I would just pull the headliner to see if that is the case before I went any further.

my wife never uses sun roof anyway, so removed the fuse for the sun roof and did a nice clear silicone job around sun roof, Hummer cleaned tubes out twice, 2 times it leaked and did a robo call to on-star, and they were calling my phone to advise me if I needed medical help....

so much for that..... Did that in 2009....it’s 2020 and still no leaks 👍👍👍
