Default Steering shaft not right

Hello, I have had a 2008 H3 come in the shop. Steering shafts where upper and lower connect is not right. Very loose. All looks new. I contacted the owner and they said they just had another shop replace it with parts from eBay. So I don’t know if they installed the wrong parts, something is broke or the cheap eBay part is just poorly made. I would like to use GM parts but not sure if spending all that money will get me the same results the last shop got. Thanks

Thank but no it is where the pinch bolt hold the two together. Tight as can be but still loose.

Only 1 way to connect fit the steering shafts together from rack to column! Post a picture of your issue.
