I checked the torque value sheets posted on the forum and still can’t see what the steering rack mount bushing torque values are.
There 4 bolts.

 

if you know the bolt size thread and type. you can look it up with a bolt torque chart. it will show you what any bolt torque is for a given size.

Steering gear bracket and bolts - 100 N.m. (74 lb ft)

Horizontal steering gear nut, washer and bolt - 130 N.m. (96 lb ft)

Vertical steering gear nut, washer and bolt - 130 N.m. (96 lb ft)

Lower intermediate steering shaft bolt - 45 N.m. (33 lb ft)
