Thumbs up Smog Test Fail
Took my H3 to smog test today in Cali and tech said they could not communicate with the car to conduct the test.

apparently they hooked up the OBD2 and was not getting power?

anyone had this issue and know how to resolve in order to get H3 registered here?

Check your Cigarette Lighter fuse. It and the OBD 2 port use that fuse.
