well it's multiplex wood, it's black, waterproof and tuff, took 12 mm plates to do all around and the finish is heavy. Fixed only with the already existing 4 bols at the back (changed with 100mm long bolts)




as you see, pretty much place in it and my high lift jack is fixed behind the frond seats, in the old back seat bolts

Very nice construction, everyone!

Here are a few photos of my setup. I used soy plywood to avoid the off gassing issues since I was living in it for a bit of time haha.


From rear hatch.

From passenger side door.

Heck, I even started to make a custom cat box shaped like a spare tire holder! I had to accommodate my cat and dog.








I can't find a photo of it with my bed made... Oh well!

I think it's a cat/dog box for them to sleep at night? That's what I got from it.

If not, it must be a spare tire carrier for his new 42" tire setup

I'm sure you have your ideas now but here's a simple platform that's comfy with a 4" mattress. And ya keep the backseats in.
