Default Removing interior rear trim help!

I tried with the rear sill trim (one with hummer logo) when you open the back hummer h3. I slid a flat tool under sill and looked where what I thought were those snap points. I then lifted to pull but then crack! These were not those snap on off connectors.

Does anyone know how to remove the sill trim properly and also the left or right side rear panels.

Need to get at the rear left seat belt to fix it. Without destroying my interior in the process.

Indeed, you need to take it to someone with experience! I've successfully removed thousands of interior panels without any broken pieces.

The left rear panel I have removed it involves removing the rear seat belt anchor. I can let you know what T socket when I get home. But it’s nerve racking. I probably came close to cracking a panel. I switched out the old monsoon sub with a new kicker one. Just be careful and take your time. I bet the other side is similar if not the same process.

here is the instructions I used from JL audio https://content.abt.com/documents/23660/94196_ins.pdf

ALL of the interior trim is Pop and Pull, the only places there are screws is the center console and door panels. The rear door sill.... start at one end, jamb your finger under and pull straight up. With that up you can start with either rear side panel.

Hey!! So how can you use any tools for the rear strip when it is snug. I was able to lift it up just enough to slide in a flat took to then try to lift "to what I thought" was the plug and pop but instead I cracked. I looked in side and there are not plug and pop types. Curious to know how you use a tool if this is the case?

I tried that and found the point where what I thought was the "Plug that can pop out" but when I pulled it cracked. After I destroyed it I was able to peak inside and didn't see any of the plugs that snap out (definitely used and seen them before on other parts of the truck).

White things = pop into body holes and snaps off when lifted.
