I just installed the magnaflow system about a month ago and it took me about an 30-45mins. Unbolt the 2 nuts on the exhaust after the cat, and you need to cut the piping right after the resonator with a sawzall or a cutoff wheel. I sprayed my exhaust hangers with some armor all and some wd40 on the metal that goes into the hangars, once you get the old exhaust off, putting on the new one is a piece of cake. The longest part is just taking off the old exhaust, Ill have some pictures ill put up in a little bit
