Try swapping #5 with #3 and see if the misfire cylinder changes on your scanner. Btw, most common for misfires on cylinders #1 & #5(front and rear), source due to, air to fuel ratio imbalance, especially if the misfire only occurs at low rpm's.

I should have followed your advice this whole time on the wiring lol. Small hole in the green wire the grey outside wire that goes to the map sensor. Once i fixed that all issues were solved. Hey trial and error on my part i guess.
