Are R and L front seats interchangeable?

Default Are R and L front seats interchangeable?
Driver is showing 200K wear. Can I replace with an excellent pass seat from a wrecked H3?.

Seat controls are on the opposite side along with SPS/PPS (Inflatable Restraint Seat Position Sensor).

Find an excellent driver seat from a wrecked H3.

Better yet, find a full set or at least both front heated leather and upgrade.
