Default Question on Torsion bar bushings (photos included)

Greetings. This is my first post. Great site. I recently just had a lot of work done on my 2007 H3. I am friendly with my mechanic and he mentioned that I should really replace the torsion bar (which he can get); but the bushings are nowhere to be found.

He checked GM and a couple aftermarket places. I have attached a couple of pics what I am looking for. I drew yellow arrows of the part needed.

Does anyone know where to find these? Thank you for any help.

Thank you
-Mark

Hummerz, do you have the list of the numbered items on the diagram? Or know where it is located? Thanks for any help.

If your mechanic is telling you to replace the Torsion Bars, maybe you need a different mechanic. Very little reason to do so unless your H3 has very high mileage or you have a winch bumper for a long while..... and what you were talking about is a Control Arm Bushing???????

You can adjust T Bars if the OEM front end is drooping.

Doc Olds... yes, he did say he wanted to replace the torsion bar. My H3 is a 2007 with only 147,000 miles. All highway miles and no winch. It is in actually good shape, but some undercarriage rust.
I will talk with him about that. Thanks for the tip.

Not if they are connected to bushings, the bushings would spin.
