You have a replacement exhaust manifold (not unusual for the I5 the end up with a cracked exhaust manifold). All 2006s were built with the 3.5L L52.
The replacement is built with an extra bung so that the replacement manifold fits all 2006-2010 I5s trucks, you just plug the extra bung that does not line up with your original O2 sensor wiring.
