Will a factory 2008 3rd row seat, which is two jump seats, fit a 2006??
In the back of my 2006, there seams to be only enough hinges/latches for one jumps seat..

If youre keeping everything stock, I don't believe it would. I say this for the exact reason you mentioned. The earlier model H2's ('03-'07) had only the one seat in the 3rd row thus only one set of hinges for them to connect to. The other side was for either storing cargo or the spare tire. The '04-'05 model years have the spare in the back then Hummer moved the spare to the outside on the rear bumper.

With this in mind, you would need to anchor the left side of the seat to the floor like they had in the '08 & '09 models.

 

Can anyone with a 2008+ take a picture of their rear cargo area, I am curious to see the fittings for the 3rd row seat.
