Found this e fan installed in youtube

Put this pair of 10” fans on mine. Works like a charm. Sat picking the kid up from school for 45 minutes with the sun right on the grill and stayed at half gauge. 107°F. My only worry is the alternator keeping up.

That wood dowel is meant for a garden tool handle, clothes hanger rod,etc. NOT intended to prevent hood from cracking open you cranium. Get yourself a new set of hood lift supports!

So trust gas struts that most definitely do fail and not the stick that has never failed?

Your temp was half at 107F?

Works well parked which is to be expected when blocking off so much Radiator. How about 70MPH fully loaded or pulling a Trailer for a couple hours?
