Power Locks and Driver Side Window not working
This happens time to time when the battery gets disconnected or drained. What I do is I disconnect the battery, touch (short) the positive and negative leads of the car together to negate any residual voltage in the car. At the same time, I remove the drivers side window switch (remove from harnesses), open it up and short all the capacitors and then reassemble. For some reason, the source of the issue is the window switch. Then I reconnect the battery and start the car. While the car is on, I reconnect the harness to the window switch and test the windows and power locks. If it works you are done. If not, rinse and repeat.

The master switch is part of the theft deterrent system communicating to the rke. Simple reset:
1- Press unlock on the rke, open drivers door
2- Remove master switch and disconnect
3- Close door and press lock on the rke
4- Press unlock on the rke and open drivers door
5- Connect master switch connectors
6- Start vehicle
7- All works now.

This Thread is OLD as dirt, offers the solutions if you bother to read it, and is in no need of further resurrection. One of the solutions that worked every time on my old 2007 is to drive it and it will fix itself in 3-6 ignition cycles.
