Just cut those cats out and tune it!

 

Do you have a scanner where you can watch what is happening with the O2 sensors at start up?

Simple thing to check, the O2 wiring harness and connectors, are they clean, no frays or cracks in the wiring insulation?

 

Wiring looks good. From what I've been reading the O2 sensors just don't like the high flo of the magnflo cats. I've heard of guys adding some sort of extension to the sensors to pull them out further to get rid of the codes too.

 

You can always put a "faker" on there (antifouler or mini cat extension) but you want to make sure that there is nothing else going on before going that route. Could there be an exhaust leak going on nearby?

Find a friend with a real time scanner and see what is going on. If you can screen frame the results fell free to post it.
