Everybody has their own preferences on oil change frequency. I like to change mine every 3k miles on my Alpha T. But I daily drive my vehicle.

On a vehicle that lives on E85, I would change every 3 months, regardless of miles. And on yours if I were you... I would just change it once a year like others have said, since you don't drive it too often.

GM engineers have been successful for many years. I trust the GM oil life system.

Also check Oil level regularly and look at color of oil.

My H3 is important to my success in living. So I pay attention to its needs.. Oll is critical.

I use my H3T Alpha for mainly OffRoad and drive it a limited # of miles per year (under 1,000).
I change the Mobil1 full synth and Purolator ONE PL12222every year just before wheeling season starts (April) and check the level & color often.

I also swap out my Tcase & diff fluids yearly too. You should see how bad the Tcase fluid looks after 1,000 miles of city driving & wheeling.
