No beep when locking doors

Tell me the Fix. Locking my doors with the key fob you can hear the actuator is locking, but there’s no lock indicator beep. Looked in owners manual, no help.

Look in the owners manual again. Like about the Driver Information Center (DIC) about "Automatic Door Locks" pg 193, the procedure is described in detail.

Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Feedback (RFA) settings on the Hummer H3 allow you to customize how the vehicle responds (horn/lights) when locking or unlocking with the key fob. These settings are accessed through the Driver Information Center (DIC).
RFA Settings Modes:

Mode 1: Park lamps flash on lock/unlock.
Mode 2: Park lamps flash and horn chirps when locked; only park lamps flash when unlocked.
Mode 3: Park lamps flash and horn chirps on lock and unlock.
Mode 4: RFA is inactive (no lights or horn).

How to Program RFA Settings (RKE Feedback):

Turn the engine OFF and set the ignition key to the LOCK position.
Press and hold the power door lock button for about 3 seconds until the DIC displays the current RFA mode.
Press and hold the reset stem for 2 seconds to view the next mode.
Briefly press the reset stem to select the preferred mode, which will then clear the DIC display.

If these methods do not work, it is often due to a Body Control Module (BCM) connection issue, which can also cause service TPMS warnings.
