Default New TPS installed

I installed a new throttle body with a new TPS on my 06 H3. I have done the 5 min idle time without touching the throttle and TPS rests at 29% while the peddle is at rest. I have watched it go to close and then move back to that position when ever I turn the key on and wait. Is there a way to manually teach the closed position to the computer? I noticed I can slowly open the throttle and when I hit about 60% it trips DTC060e and the truck goes into reduced power mode.

Were the harness connections to the TB cleaned?

Five minutes is a minimum. Start it and let it idle for as long as it takes to figure it out, could be 15 minutes.

yes I cleaned that connector and even put electrical contact grease on it as well. Ok I will do that just let it run.

So I let it idle for about 40 min. When I started it up my scan tool said the TPS was at 12.9% and it stayed there the whole time. The idle was fluctuating between 650-700 the whole time as well. Took the truck out for a test drive and told my wife to drive it like normal we had made it about 1/2 a mile and these two codes tripped. P060E and P0121. This is the first time for the second code to pop up since I have been trying to fix this. The vehicle speed was 44 mph at 2419 RPM the TPS was at 40.0% when it entered the reduced power mode and turning off the traction control. I am about ready to pull my hair out. The pictures is what the codes are.

I don’t know the brand but the part number is 12568580. I got it off eBay and they didn’t have a brand name.
