2009 H3T Alpha/Adventure

I brought my mechanic a new key fob (i didn't get one when I bought the truck) so he could program it, he sees that the BCM is telling him the system is ready but still no lock activation.

Anyone have any ideas?

 

Did the fob come with a new battery? What is the mechanic using to program it to the truck?

 

New battery, probably a snap-on scanner

 

Thats strange, with the Tech 2 I can program 2008+ easy but never have been able to do 2006/07
