Need help with rough idle

i don?t have that , my pcm is tuned and I don?t have secondary air pump. It?s been removed. I never had this issue before till now

I think i found the issue but I really need help fixing it. So I think it’s the VVT not commanding. When I unplugged the VVT the engine didn’t run rougher and didn’t thro a code. I checked for power and I am getting power and ground is good but when I check the scanner it shows desired and angle for exhaust is 0. So does that mean my pcm is not commanding my vvt? And if so how can I fix that? I replaced the vvt but still no changes.

you know that doesn’t help! The pcm been tuned for years! Never had an issue! Now I am getting **** because it’s tuned! The only damn thing is tuned about it is pass lock disabled and that secondary air is removed nothing performance related or any of that

The secondary air injection pump only pumps air into the exhaust for emissions purposes, not the intake manifold, and only when the engine is cold as well. Surely this wouldn’t cause a rough idle, especially since the PCM would still be in Open Loop?
