14.5 outta my '06 lux/adv package. Pretty disappointed in how much this vehicle LOVES gas stations. On the flip side, I haven't had a snow storm or any other weather stop me yet. I guess the peace of mind is the trade off. Works for me! Love driving this baby......

Talking Tire Size Calculator

I made up a calculator to figger out differences between stock and new tire size. Includes true distance travel.

And some hater just came in my office telling me that it's the worst time to own a Hummer... we calculated his Lexus GS300 and he was avg. was 16mpg... while I'm getting 17.3mpg.

Oh, and by the way the calculations attached show the difference between stock 265 and upgraded 285 both with 16 rims.

07' Base Permo with stock 265's

This site states 23gal. I think would be right... I've gassed up after running 21gal and not knowing what the reserve is, I hate the suspense of driving with the 'low fuel' light and not knowing what my reserve is... but a three gallon reserve would give me about 40 miles to find a fuel station after being warned.

Thanks much for the info!

I've only had me H3 for a couple of months now, and I've never put more than 20 gallons in it when I fill up. Heck, I've never even seen the "Low Fuel" every come on yet. Where does it show up, where the odometer is?

I have on 08 H3 and the low fuel light will show up by the odometer. I wondered the same thing and even thought, what no low fuel light for a while as well.

Same here. Never seen the Low Fuel light. From fill-ups, I always assumed a 20 gallon tank. Glad to know we have a big reserve.
