I replaced BCM and unlocked touch screen radio now the chime in the suv is so loud it runs you out of the vehicle! I already tried to adjust the settings in config. The normal setting is louder than the loud setting! Any ideas will appreciated.

I was looking to see if you have found a solution to the problem. I'm having the same issue after completing a Autel OBDII Scan on my 2009 Hummer H3 which has the touch screen radio. The door chime now blows you out of the vehicle and the radio touch screen beeps are ear piercing. I believe I induced the error when I mistakenly selected Uplevel radio instead of Navigation radio when it completed a radio setup scan. I have no idea how to correct the issue.
I've tried pulling the battery leads for 30 minutes but can not get it to go back to normal.

Thanks for any help or information you might have on getting it fixed.

If aftermarket radio there is a tiny **** on the side of the adapter module to set the chime volume. I plugged mine in recently and it is louder than stock and I've been too lazy to adjust it.
