no worries, i know how time consuming remodeling is as we redid our whole house when we bought it.
so i followed the directions and nothing, so im assuming the BCM that controls the fob part isnt working. I pulled the bcm and looked at the board and there was corrosion right around where the RKEA is. I do have the other BCM but im pretty sure it will trigger the passlock and unfortunately this scanner cannot get by that... im debating on if key fobs and tpms is worth the cost to take to a dealer lol
Simply put: you can't get a fob signal without an antenna. Same for a tv, no antenna no signal. The issue is on the BCM board to the antenna. Take a closer look.

i have no way of testing the board and its been 3 decades since i did any sort of board work and even then it was on old cb radios with diodes lol
i will just have to bite the bullet and take this other to the dealership and have them swap it and flash it

yes i did because i had read on another thread about it, i cleaned the green corrosion off of the board by the antenna port but it shows signs of it being hot on those diodes and the relay thats there so since i cannot test it im assuming it burnt out those. Its the only logical reason i dont have signal to my keyless or my wheel sensors and the scanner gets no signal from it either

My wife wanted new brakes on her 2020 GMC TERRAIN. 5yrs old next month only 29500 miles brake pads have around 75% remaining all around. Vine sent me free brake pads & Ebay sent me all 4 rotors for a total of $116 with tax shipped to my door.
Front brakes replacement same as any brake replacement previous years however rears can't be replaced until electronic parking brakes are released then the caliper pistons can be pushed back in.
