Persone fantastiche! Ciao...[/QUOTE

How nice to hear you know Italy, you say Parma is the land of parmesan, but also of ham! Whenever you want Italy is your home!! I noticed the rust, but it doesn't seem wet, but the problem actually happened when it rained and then froze, do the photos I sent you indicate the right part where the problem could be coming from? Which of the three should I unplug to clean? thanks you are a gold mine

I would gently clean everything! The rust indicates potential damage to the BCM...to be thorough, clean everything carefully.
Ciao, my new friend from Italy!

[QUOTE=Golden Hurricane;406587]MorrisonAdv,

I'm really happy to have a new friend! Thanks again, one last thing before trying, if I disconnect and reconnect the cables is it possible that another problem will arise? Now is the time I'm afraid of everything

Disconnect the NEGATIVE post on the battery and then the positive post BEFORE YOU DO ANY WORK! When you are finished and ready to re-connect the battery, ALWAYS CONNECT THE NEGATIVE POST FIRST...then connect the positive post!
I would not have ANY fears about doing this work! There are multiple posts and photos of people doing this! Water leaking from the sunroof drains causes this!
Be sure to read the NOTES POSTED ON THE H3 PAGE!
Ciao, my friend!

The things that may be simpler for you are the first time I've heard them, thanks for telling me which pole to disconnect first. One last thing, these days I will try to fix the problem, but if I then notice that the problem persists perhaps I should change the piece, if I find something I can post it here to ask if it's ok? Thanks again!!

You can always post your information about what you did with the H3. It helps if you are specific about the work steps you took.
You are always welcome to ask for help and guidance!
I truly doubt that you will have any problems!
Ciao, my friend.

I just realized that I have forgotten about the small circular switch located at the bottom left corner of the Light control area.
This switch may have been "pushed inward" which would shut off the interior lights!
The key must be turned to the ON position or in the Start/Run position for the lights to be OFF.
Once you play with the button you will see what I mean. Maybe that switch is the reason why the overhead interior lights are not working. I will post a picture of the Light control area...I created that name because I can't remember what it is actually called.

BATTERY GROUND IN Europe!
Be certain to verify that the H3 Hummer uses the NEGATIVE POST FOR THE GROUND WIRE!

In Europe, some car manufacturers use the Positive post for the ground wire!

After you identify which is the ground wire... always disconnect the GROUND WIRE post first...and re-connect the ground wire first when you are finished with your work.

Did you mean connect the positive first? Disconnecting negative first is correct, so going reverse order (negative last) during reconnect would be the correct procedure.
