Interior Overhead and Floor lights not working
Checked out the visor vanity light circuits, and both are good. Used the oem bulbs, and circuit tests showed them active.
I reinstalled them, but everything that was previously not working are still out. On to the next I guess.

Disconnecting the Battery does not reset anything, it just causes a reboot so that it MIGHT clear a glitch. Your H3 PCM stores the last 300 ignition cycles power or no power.
You likely have a BCM and or BCM harness issue.

Update: So today I decided to replace my plugs, coils and clean the throttle body. I had a misfire on cylinder 1, which always cleared up after driving awhile. But since it has almost 155k, figured it was due. Runs awesome now.
So, I decided to take out the BCM and give it a little internal cleaning, and decided to just replace fuse #56 with a new one. Lo and behold, interior lights, and turn signals are all working perfectly again.
It was a good day!
