Default Hummer H3 2007 A/C Problem

Hello everybody.
I got some a/c issue.
It looks like this.
compressor is working when blowing is on 0.
When blowing is on 0 and the air is not blowin the light of A/C is on.
When I turn the blowing on 1 or above the A/C is turning off. I feel for a second of cool air because compressor is working and I hear it turns on.
Does any of you have a similar issue or have an idea what is wrong and where I should find the problem?
Thank you for any help.

are you experiencing this?

<a id="d39265e24">Condition/Concern:Some customers may complain that the temperature will go to full hot when they turn the temperature control one click off of full cold. The control head is defaulting to Emergency Mode (this provides HOT air for safety reasons which would be available to clear the windshield in Defrost mode). This will happen if the feedback voltage for the air temperature actuators are out of range.

<a id="d39265e34">Recommendation/Instructions:Replace the HVAC control head with part number 25920831.

You should also be aware there is an HVAC recall for your H3. Look it up.

This problem has been around and the fix was posted on another Hummer forum. The 'old' HVAC controller needs a resistor added to the wiring. The 'newer' design control heads already have this incorporated. Here are the instructions for adding a resistor. This may or may not fix your specific problem, but, more than likely this will work. Very easy to do, but, at your own risk.

1) Remove HVAC controller from center stack.
2) Locate the 'LIGHT BLUE WIRE WITH BLACK STRIPE' on the harness connector going to the controller.
3) Cut this wire and solder, inline, a 68 OHM 1/2 watt resistor. Available at Radio Shack or E-bay.
4) Make sure you insulate soldered wires with electrical tape or preferably heat shrink tubing.
5) Reassemble everything and you should be good to go.

Was the HVAC recall for your H3 done yet?
