I replaced my radiator 5 yrs ago with a stock radiator. During the install I added insulative pipe foam to the area where the top tank is in close proximity the front wall. This made the radiator vibrate a lot less and protected it from coming in contact with that sharp edge. That whole top mount with the oversized rubber grommet really is quite lame.

There is an OEM seal for the radiator to radiator mounting housing (Part # 15806298 ). It is just a contour shaped peel and stick part...... causes more air to go through the radiator rather than over it.
