2 batteries & 2 H/O alternators is still not enough...

You will need to add a solar panel and wind turbine just to power your stereo system..

Then you will need to turn off the stereo to run the vehicle with other accessories running...

 

Seems some confusion between amps and watts. A=W/V, or A*V=W. 250A*14V=3500 Watts. Many aftermarket sub amplifiers run in excess of 1000w each, but not able to be listened to at that kind of power consumption... At a competition, standing 20 feet away, yeah, killing the battery in nothing flat I assume.

 

16 Batteries. 6 18s, 12 2500bds that's just the sub stage. I compete.

A solar panel wouldn't be a bad idea....

 

solar panel not even close to enough power.. you may get 300w from a large solar panel covering the top... you also will need the wind turbine to generate some serious amperage...
