HELP with Hummer H3 ECU
Greetings all, from Australia and thanks for having me.
I am in serious need of some assistance here. I require a new ECU for my Hummer H3 2007 with the 3.7 Vortec. Unfortunately, as this model is scarce in Australia I am having serious difficulty finding the right ECU.
I have sourced one that is also stating it is suitable for a Cadillac -- I presume this must be for the Alpha -- which we didn't get here. Did all Hummers have the same computer or is the 3.7L different?

Can anybody point me in the right direction and/ or the right part number to end my pain and anguish? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to HF.
The 2007 PCM (your lingo ECM) is a one only PCM. 2006s and 2008+ all used different PCMs in the US. If getting one from the US you might get one from a 2007 Colorado or Canyon that would work. Yeah, you are going to pay some heavy duty shipping, but you need one. If you buy a used one, you likely will have to program it to your truck.
Go to PCMofNC.com and contact them with questions then buy one once you supply them your vin# etc. so they can program it to your truck. While you are at it, have them performance tune it.
